      Ndugu zangu, dhambi ni ugonjwa ambao dawa yake na Mganga wake mkuu ni Bwana wetu Yesu Kristo. Kristo ndiye mponyaji wa roho iliyokufa: katika umoja na roho mtakatifu huifufua roho-mfu na kuifanya mpya, takatifu isiyokuwa na doa. Kristo kwa asili hapendi roho batizwa ipotee, bali kila ipoteapo huitafuta kwa upendo, kama vile masikini atafutavyo Dhahabu katika shimo la machimbo.              Huruma ya Mungu hutuvuta kila wakati tunapoanguka katika dhambi. Moyo wa mtu uliovunjika na kuguswa hupata maumivu na kuimba Huruma ya Mungu, Mtu huyo mdhamdi aijongeapo altare ya Huruma ya Mungu kwa dhati na unyenyekevu huchota neema tele na kuhuishwa nafsi yake.        Tendo la kuomba Huruma ya Mungu huitwa Toba au Msamaha au Upatanisho au Maungamo au Uongofu au Kitubio.
